Position Overview:


As a Customer Service Representative at Trane Technologies, you will assume the role of a reliable consultant for our clients, ensuring their requirements are addressed effectively and efficiently.

Your knowledge will be crucial in resolving any inquiries or challenges related to parts or equipment, ensuring the prompt delivery of high-quality solutions.

With a strong attention to detail, your duties will include processing customer orders, swiftly responding to questions, and delivering exceptional solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage future sales.

A successful Customer Service Representative possesses a comprehensive understanding of product offerings, meets sales objectives, and manages order processes responsibly.


Work Environment:
This role is designated as On-Site.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage proactively with customers over the phone, taking the initiative to thoroughly comprehend their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.

Collaborate with Account Managers to support accounts and drive revenue growth.


Continuously identify potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and the District, always seeking ways to enhance customer value.

Increase sales by staying informed about all product offerings and demonstrating technical expertise to present customer value propositions.


Drive sales by recognizing related product needs or add-on extensions and informing customers about product promotions and additional lines for parts orders.

Determine the best approach to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

Conduct outbound calls to promote new products.


Execute quote and order management processes with a high degree of accuracy to expedite fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.


Qualifications:
GED or High School Diploma is required.

Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field is preferred.

Background in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with a focus on service, continuous improvement, and safety.

Demonstrated experience in cultivating customer relationships and maintaining professional service even in challenging circumstances.

The base compensation range for this position is $19 - $23 per hour. Total compensation will also include an incentive plan.
