Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team at Office Depot. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and secure products to ensure customers receive clean and damage-free merchandise
  • Deliver products to customer locations, meeting established delivery goals and collecting and tracking customer returns within a specified timeframe
  • Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and lawful manner, responsible for the vehicle and its contents
  • Complete daily routes and all necessary paperwork, communicating obstacles that prohibit meeting established goals
  • Actively seek to support the implementation of and contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement to delivery processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial driving experience, with experience in the delivery of small packages preferred
  • Valid driver's license and accident-free driving record reflected during a rolling 36-month average
  • Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) required for operating delivery vehicles exceeding 26,000 lb. Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW)
