We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing team in Portland, OR. As a key member of our operations network, you will provide technical and business leadership in product manufacturing, TPM, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operations team to achieve plant goals and objectives, ensuring a safe, clean, and environmentally compliant work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support, improve, and enforce plant safety programs.
  • Partner with the Process Engineer and Reliability Leader to identify and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Lead the AM Pillar team to develop and implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build TPM knowledge and awareness across the plant.
  • Lead and develop talent, creating an environment where employees can grow and realize their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years' people leadership in manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of production systems and processes.
  • TPM or lean manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change to deliver results.
  • Experience and success coaching and leading teams in a high employee engagement/empowerment culture.
