KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals established by management.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher through proactive engagement and superior service.
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Exhibit a confident and knowledgeable presence to build trust with customers.
- Follow a structured sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing contracts and sales documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 3 years of successful sales experience with a record of meeting targets.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and empathetic approach to resolving issues.
