Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to analyze the consumer purchase process and develop strategies to optimize the consumer journey.
  • Collaborate with teams to gain deep insights into consumer and trade needs, attitudes, and behaviors, and translate these insights into actionable brand marketing strategies.
  • Foster relationships with external agency partners to develop and refine the Trex brand positioning, and identify unique, ownable positioning based on comprehensive consumer and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and implement a holistic brand marketing strategy that engages both consumer and trade audiences, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Recommend and manage marketing budgets to achieve long-term business objectives, and monitor progress against key brand metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support the Trex brand across all audiences.
  • Oversee daily relationships with key agency partners, and provide clear direction and feedback to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing programs that effectively communicate the Trex brand message and drive engagement.
  • Establish and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing, MBA preferred.
  • 10-12 years' experience in marketing, preferably with a building products company.
  • 8+ years' experience in a marketing leadership role required.
  • Strong national consumer brand background required, international preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range: $160,000-$200,000 annually.
  • Annual and/or sales bonus opportunities.
