At Cracker Barrel, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
