Job Summary

We seek a Senior Sales Executive to join our Corporate or Channel teams within the ITAD Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge and extensive network to develop and implement innovative sales strategies, attracting and retaining key accounts, including Fortune 500 companies, VARs, and major institutions.

About the Role

This critical position involves building lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and aligning them with Dynamic's commitment to environmental stewardship and exceptional customer service. You will also mentor and lead junior sales professionals, enhancing the team's overall performance and cohesion. Additionally, you will employ CRM and data analysis tools effectively to monitor sales progress and market trends, ensuring that sales initiatives are data-driven and aligned with corporate strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge sales strategies to attract and retain key accounts, including Fortune 500 companies, VARs, and major institutions such as hospitals and universities.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and aligning them with Dynamic's commitment to environmental stewardship and exceptional customer service.
  • Mentor and lead junior sales professionals, enhancing the team's overall performance and cohesion.
  • Employ CRM and data analysis tools effectively to monitor sales progress and market trends, ensuring that sales initiatives are data-driven and aligned with corporate strategies.
  • Regularly engage in industry events and forums, establishing a strong external presence as a thought leader in the ITAD and recycling sectors.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to engage directly with clients and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and fostering strong customer relationships for sustained business growth.
Required Education & Experience:
  • At least five years of experience in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prior experience in IT asset disposition, electronics recycling, or a related field is highly valued.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Administration, or Communications is preferred, though extensive professional experience in sales may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Total Compensation: $140,000-$190,000Location: Onalaska, WI. Remote, hybrid, or onsite available
