Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute product strategies for the Dealer Services business, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and services.
  3. Manage the product portfolio, including product lifecycle management, product roadmapping, and product innovation.
  4. Collaborate with business partners across the enterprise to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.
  5. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Dealer Services business.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  7. Lead and manage a team of product managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform product strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
  • 6 years of managerial experience, including experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, including senior management.
