Responsibilities
  • Communicate and Interact with residents, families, and colleagues in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.
  • Assist with Daily Care Routines according to individual care plans, including personal and medical care.
  • Provide Enrichment Activities such as physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual activities to promote residents' well-being.
  • Observe and Report any changes in residents' physical, mental, and emotional condition to the nursing team.
  • Record Medical Documentation accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment by ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas.
  • Promote Teamwork and Happiness by fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
  • No experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training.
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred.
  • CNA certification preferred.
