About the AHCA WORKS Program

As part of the AHCA Workforce, Outreach and Retention are Keys to Success (WORKS) program, we will place interested candidates in training programs, fully funding the education necessary to become certified to serve on the frontline of long-term care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) to nursing home residents and other patients in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor.
