Job Title: Nurse Coordinator II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Coordinator II to join our team at UPMC. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising the flow of daily clinic operations, managing clinic RNs and Medical Assistants, and ensuring compliance with outpatient clinic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage clinic staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and training to staff on clinical procedures and protocols
  • Conduct quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • BSN degree or higher
  • UPMC-approved national certification or master's degree in nursing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
