Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate and skilled team. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. You will also supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants and monitor patient's condition, notifying the physician of any change.
Responsibilities- Provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with resident plan of care
- Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants
- Monitors patient's condition and notifies physician of any change
- Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university
- A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- A current CPR certification
- At least one year experience in Long Term Care
