- Education and Licensure: Must be a graduate of an accredited LVN program and hold an active LVN license in the state of Texas.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
