  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Monitor and Report Changes: Continuously monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the physician or other healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Must be a graduate of an accredited LVN program and hold an active LVN license in the state of Texas.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
