Job Title: Technical Product Owner Sr Manager I2C

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner Sr Manager I2C to lead the delivery of Invoice to Cash Applications and SAP S/4 Accounts Receivable. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy for the I2C squad, working closely with key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the technology strategy for the I2C squad, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
  • Lead the delivery of Invoice to Cash Applications and SAP S/4 Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, contractors, and other J&J departments.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Finance & Controlling modules, including FSCM / Accounts Receivable, and SAP S/4 Receivables Management.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Degree.
  • 8 years of experience with implementation and maintenance of SAP Finance & Controlling modules, with a focus on FSCM / Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Receivables Management – Credit, Collections, Disputes Management.
  • Experience with 1 full cycle of S/4 HANA implementation for Finance.
  • 3 years of people management experience.
  • Experience in managing matrix-based project teams, including internal resources and contractors.
  • Experience in managing complex global projects, processes, and systems.
  • Experience with I2C SaaS Applications (High Radius, Serrala, Celonis, D&B).
  • Integration expert for the entire Order-2-Cash business process, covering creation and maintenance of customer master records, customer transaction processing, and integration with SD, MM modules.
  • Business case/value case management experience.
  • Hands-on disciplined project management skills.
  • Experience with software validation in regulated environments.
  • Working knowledge of core application development principles and SDLC methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage work in accordance with full system lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to production deployment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting an application portfolio (post-launch).
  • Proficiency in explaining technologies effectively to customers, communicating technical concepts in non-technical terms.
  • Experience in agile / agile scrum methodology.
  • Experience with agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Hands-on understanding of Design Principles (User Interface and Business Process Mapping).
  • Ability to operate independently and interface with senior business leaders.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with strong teamwork abilities and customer service skills.
  • Extreme focus, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong background and experience in virtualization, network, and other technologies.
  • Prior experience in supporting global operations and following Enterprise level process frameworks such as ITIL.
