Clinical Quality LPN Job Description

This Clinical Quality LPN role involves working with the Quality SDS/PSV Operations staff to assist with data collection of DSNP data. The ideal candidate will have strong medical record review and abstraction skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Market specific data entry and collection
  • Medical record review and abstraction for HEDIS and HEDIS-like measures
  • Assisting in the review of medical records to highlight Star/HEDIS opportunities for the medical staff
  • Review medical records for data collection, data entry, and quality monitoring that close gaps in care
  • Partner with the leadership team, the practice administrative or clinical staff to identify trends observed and potential strategies to support the practice

Benefits and Requirements

The estimated salary for this position is $32.50 - $36.50 per hour. A minimum 2-year HEDIS experience and/or knowledge is required, along with solid knowledge of managed care requirements related to clinical quality.
