Job Overview

Objective:

The role focuses on being an expert in Simatic S7 controllers, advanced paint supply systems, robotic programming, and various specialized tasks. This includes managing the Paint Shop Electronic Steering System with integrated data storage solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechatronics or extensive experience as an industrial electronics technician
  • Proficiency with different types of industrial robots
  • Strong programming capabilities and relevant experience

Essential Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Robot Controllers such as ABB, Kuka, and B + M
  • In-depth programming expertise
  • Experience in robot installation and parameterization
  • Ability to construct, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic systems
  • Knowledge of PLC Simatic S7
  • Training in frequency converters from Danfoss, Lenze, and SEW FU's

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the programming and operational controls of all robotic systems, providing support to the plant electrician during staffing shortages.
  • Implement robotic flaming, manage ESTA high rotation on robots, and utilize media and camera recognition technologies.
  • Conduct troubleshooting for all robotic systems, excluding ink supply issues.
  • Facilitate technical modifications and enhancements in collaboration with supervisory staff.
  • Introduce and assist with new technologies in application and colorimetry.
  • Maintain Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) to ensure operational efficiency.

Special Duties:

  • Ensure the quality of robotic painting through precise programming and adjustments.
  • Manage controller settings and monitor functions of the 2K systems.
  • Uphold Health & Safety standards during the robotic flaming process.
  • Guarantee process safety, particularly during flaming operations.
  • Oversee injection molding, removal robots, and assembly robots.
