Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team at PrideStaff. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, equipment, and machinery. Responsibilities:

* Fabricate and assemble metal structures, equipment, and machinery using various tools and equipment
* Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure accurate fabrication
* Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, hoists, and forklifts to move materials and finished products
* Perform quality control checks to ensure that fabricated products meet specifications
* Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication
* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
