Levy Sector is actively seeking a dedicated FOOTBALL GAMEDAY SERVER to enhance our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our patrons. With over 40 years of experience in the Food, Beverage, and Retail sectors, Levy operates in more than 200 venues across the nation.

Job Overview

Role Summary: Responsible for taking food and beverage orders and ensuring timely delivery to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome guests and efficiently take their food and beverage orders, adhering to established service protocols.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly while upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of menu offerings and ingredients, providing guests with recommendations for food and drink pairings.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and accommodate special requests.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and foster positive relationships with team members.
  • Handle cash transactions following proper procedures and maintain accurate ticket collection.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or medical information shared by guests.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly, escalating issues to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Utilize various equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from other departments during special events and functions.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification.
