Job Title: Multifunction Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifunction Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager to join our team at the Microelectronics Center in Orlando, FL.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse team of Make Hardware Reps and Material Processors, supporting product flow for multiple programs through the development and production manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities with manufacturing, engineering, and quality counterparts to identify and react to changing needs and priorities.
  • Provide status to all levels of management and attend multiple meetings in support of programs and manufacturing management.
  • Assign different personnel to support internal operation plan (IOP) and critical schedule milestones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Understanding of management of budgets.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs.
  • Ability to assign projects to organizational units and lead staff to meet critical schedules.
  • Green Belt certified or ability to demonstrate knowledge and principles of green belt certification.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry peers, and internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Related experience in material handling, control systems, and ERP systems (SAP).
Desired Skills:
  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS).
  • Make Planning experience.
  • SAP Materials Management and Inventory Control Subject Matter Expert.
  • Black Belt trained/certified.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.
  • APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
  • APRISO.
  • Tableau.
Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, and the selected candidate must be a US citizen.

Ability to Work Remotely:

This position is located at a facility that requires special access, and the selected candidate must have a Secret clearance (at minimum).
