Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Multifunction Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Microelectronics Center team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse team of Make Hardware Reps and Material Processors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities with manufacturing, engineering, and quality counterparts to identify and react to changing needs and priorities.
  • Provide status updates to all levels of management.
  • Attend multiple meetings in support of programs and manufacturing management.
  • Assign personnel to support internal operation plan (IOP) and critical schedule milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Understanding of budget management.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs.
  • Ability to assign projects to organizational units and lead staff to meet critical schedules.
  • Green Belt certification or demonstrated knowledge and principles of green belt certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS).
  • Make Planning experience.
  • SAP Materials Management and Inventory Control Subject Matter Expert.
  • Black Belt trained/certified.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.
  • APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
  • APRISO.
  • Tableau.
