Job Description

Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) is a leading global health organization dedicated to creating an AIDS-free generation. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our Research team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Research team, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining team files.
  • Assist with the development and editing of research products, including departmental summaries and presentations.
  • Support research activities, including conducting literature reviews, editing/formatting study documents, and retrieving and formatting references.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President for Research and other Research department leadership to ensure the successful conduct of high-quality studies.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in research administration or a related field.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, oral and written communications skills, and strong copy editing and formatting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-cultural environments or with colleagues in diverse locations.
  • Familiarity with or interest in public health, research, international development, or a related field is a plus.
