About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Individualized Support Professional to join our team at MVLE. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities to provide individualized support and training, empowering them to reach their full potential.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human services, behavior management, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for providing individualized support and training to individuals with disabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and counseling. Additionally, they will work closely with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and training to individuals with disabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and counseling.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement personalized plans for individuals with disabilities.
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as mobility training and transportation, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of individual progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, behavior management, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
