Role SummaryOur client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to enhance their operational team within a well-regarded apartment community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular facility maintenance tasks.
- Perform essential repairs on equipment to guarantee resident comfort and safety.
- Assess the physical state of the community.
- Implement corrective measures to address unsafe conditions, repairs, and apartment-related issues.
- Plan and execute routine preventive maintenance and inspections across all relevant areas, equipment, apartments, and tools.
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent vocational training.
- A minimum of one year of experience in apartment or building maintenance, property upkeep, or construction trades.
- Reliable transportation for business-related tasks, including a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
