Role Summary

Our client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to enhance their operational team within a well-regarded apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular facility maintenance tasks.
  • Perform essential repairs on equipment to guarantee resident comfort and safety.
  • Assess the physical state of the community.
  • Implement corrective measures to address unsafe conditions, repairs, and apartment-related issues.
  • Plan and execute routine preventive maintenance and inspections across all relevant areas, equipment, apartments, and tools.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma / GED or equivalent vocational training.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in apartment or building maintenance, property upkeep, or construction trades.
  • Reliable transportation for business-related tasks, including a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  • Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
