Job Title: RN MDS Nurse, Part Time

We are seeking a skilled RN MDS Nurse to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care oversight to ensure appropriate clinical services are provided and reimbursement is received for each resident.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as CommuniCare's guidelines and policies.
  • Collaborate with the facility's management team to achieve quality outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN
  • Valid RN license in the state employed
  • Three years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred
  • Experience with the MDS/RAI process and/or case management preferred
