About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at Northeast Foods, LLC. As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues in a professional and polite manner.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food and drink products, verify the accuracy of guests' orders, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve team goals, learn team effectiveness skills, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds, maintain Health and Safety standards, and perform duties at multiple workstations.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Requirements
  • Personality and Skills: Personable, results-oriented self-starter, a go-getter, team contributor, and leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in the food service industry is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
