Supervisory Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-9 repair technicians.

Qualifications
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solder components.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Excellent supervisory skills and ability to work at a fast pace.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills and understanding of repair and testing procedures.
Physical Demands
  • Occasional sitting, reaching, and climbing.
  • Frequent walking and continuous standing.
  • Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years of technical school diploma or experience.
  • Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus.
