Position Overview: We are seeking an Intelligence Operations Analyst to join our team at Associates Systems LLC. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a Mission Operations program that supports continuous operations of a vital system.

Training: This role includes a comprehensive 12-week on-the-job training (OJT) program designed to provide in-depth knowledge of a complex operational system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical problem-solving skills to monitor the real-time status of the system.
  • Provide immediate operational responses to system alerts and environmental changes, including system reconfiguration, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct preliminary evaluations of system issues and recommend design modifications to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain detailed operational event logs and records.
  • Leverage technical training and experience to assess system performance and improve operational capabilities.
  • Engage in direct collaboration with colleagues and clients in a secure environment.

Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must possess an active and in-scope U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Work Environment: This position is based onsite.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Capability to operate effectively in a near real-time decision-making setting and complete the Operations Certification Process.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Ability to thrive in a small team environment.
  • Proven capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability to differentiate colors on a computer monitor (specifically red, blue, white, and green).

Education Requirement: Candidates typically hold a Bachelor's Degree or possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Military experience may fulfill some requirements, and military technical certification may be credited for relevant experience.
