At Lowell General Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients of all age groups who are diagnosed with cardio-pulmonary dysfunction.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and administer various types of equipment to deliver prescribed doses of medicinal gases and aerosolized drugs.
- Administer all types of respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen delivery, mechanical ventilator management, and diagnostic procedures.
- Work cooperatively with departmental staff and other services to create a system of quality healthcare.
- Associate's degree from an accredited Respiratory Care program.
- Licensed by the state of Massachusetts to provide respiratory care.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- One (1) year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
