Phlebotomy Instructor

Madison Area Technical College is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Phlebotomy Instructor to join our team. As a Phlebotomy Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching part-time courses in the Phlebotomy program, developing curriculum, and assessing student learning.
Responsibilities- Teach Phlebotomy courses, including Introduction to Phlebotomy and Phlebotomy Techniques
- Develop and implement effective instructional strategies and alternative delivery methods
- Participate in in-service meetings, staff development training, and other activities
- Advise and assist students with academic matters
- Maintain competencies as an instructor and demonstrate a commitment to the college's mission, vision, and values
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Two years or 4,000 hours of related work experience
