We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for managing a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice
