About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and backgrounds, providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to support their communication needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
  • Provide therapy services to students individually and in groups, using evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience working with students with speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Required Licensure and Certifications:
  • State Licensure: Valid licensure in the state where the position is located
  • Professional Certification: CCC-SLP from ASHA
