About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and backgrounds, providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to support their communication needs.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
- Provide therapy services to students individually and in groups, using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and other professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working with students with speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- State Licensure: Valid licensure in the state where the position is located
- Professional Certification: CCC-SLP from ASHA
