Key Responsibilities of the Inventory and Merchandising Coordinator:

  • Manage stock levels across various retail locations
  • Facilitate the movement of merchandise both incoming and outgoing
  • Prepare products for presentation on the sales floor
  • Work closely with Store Managers to conduct inventory assessments
  • Generate monthly performance reports for Senior Management and suppliers

Qualifications for the Inventory and Merchandising Coordinator:

  • Preferred educational background includes an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in retail management
  • Genuine passion for luxury watches and fine jewelry
  • Exhibit integrity, flexibility, and discretion
  • Strong organizational abilities and communication skills are essential

Compensation: Starting Salary: $20 per hour or higher
