Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash drawer operations, ensuring accurate balancing and reconciliation.
  • Conduct audits of sales documentation to confirm compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure that funds are collected and balanced appropriately.
  • Oversee title clerking duties, ensuring that title and tax documents are precise and dispatched promptly.
  • Process all used titles for flooring.
  • Exercise discretion while assisting Human Resources with payroll checks and related documents.
  • Perform filing and scanning tasks.
  • Assist with phone inquiries.
  • Run errands as needed (bank, DMV, UPS).
  • Order necessary supplies.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks.
