We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Capital Health Care Network. The estimated salary for this position is $72,000 - $90,000 per year. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:Patient Assessment and Care Planning
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide compassionate and evidence-based care to patients with various medical conditions.
Communication and Coordination

Education and Experience:
- Currenlty licensed as an RN through the State Board of Nursing.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification and valid driver's license.
