  • Collaborate with the verification team to develop test benches, apply formal methods, and simulate/emulate for functional verification
  • Explore high-performance strategies and work with the performance verification team to verify that the RTL design meets targeted performance
  • Work with the multifunctional engineering team to implement and verify physical design on timing, area, reliability, testability, and power
Requirements
  • Minimum BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of microprocessor architecture, Verilog, and/or VHDL
  • Experience with simulators and waveform debugging tools
  • Knowledge of logic design principles, timing, and power implications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in instruction fetch and decode, branch prediction, instruction scheduling, register renaming, or out-of-order execution
  • Understanding of low power microarchitecture techniques and high-performance techniques and trade-offs in a CPU microarchitecture
  • Experience in C or C++ programming and an interpretive language such as Perl or Python
What We Offer

At Apple, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including base pay, discretionary bonuses, commission payments, and relocation assistance. You'll also receive benefits like comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses.
