Job Summary:
Haven Behavioral Healthcare seeks a skilled Clinical Director of Psychiatric Services to oversee patient care and support staff in our 42-bed acute-care psychiatric hospital.

About the Role:
This leadership position involves providing comprehensive oversight for the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services, collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure seamless operations, and serving as a resource to direct care staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing guidance on best practices in patient care and treatment planning
* Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in psychiatric care
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Director of Psychiatric Services, you will be accountable for the following:
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Providing education and training to staff on topics related to psychiatric care and safety protocols
* Coordinating responses to incidents and crises, ensuring timely and effective interventions

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* A graduate degree in nursing or a related field
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
* Experience working in psychiatric care, preferably in an acute-care setting
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
