About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Coordinator in mental health services. This is a full-time position working night shifts, providing direct patient care in a supportive environment focused on high-quality behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Oversight of care provision during assigned shifts, ensuring the highest standard of care.
  • Serve as a resource to direct care staff, offering guidance and support.
  • Coordinate responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events, prioritizing patient safety.
  • Support the Director of Nursing with hiring, staffing, staff education, performance improvement, and other activities as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited RN program.
  • Experience in inpatient settings, preferably in psychiatric hospitals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mental health principles and practices.
  • Able to work night shifts, including 7p-7a rotations.

Salary Range:

$93,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
