Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care to a 5th grade student with complex medical needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients and be able to provide 100% supervision and support throughout the school day.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 100% supervision and support to the student throughout the school day
  • Assist with school day activities and encourage peer interaction
  • Address the student's medical needs, including feeding and mobility assistance
  • Collaborate with the student's healthcare team to ensure seamless care
  • Document all care provided and communicate with the student's family and healthcare team as needed
Requirements
  • Valid RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire
  • One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds with no restrictions
  • Reliable transportation
