Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care, and we seek a qualified Hospice Nurse to join us in Brooklyn, New York.\helpers work 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. As a Hospice Nurse with Calvary Hospital, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting patient care services in the comfort of their own homes. To qualify, you must have a New York State Registered Nurse License, at least two years of nursing experience, and one year of community hospice or home health experience. Your Role as a Hospice Nurse

Your primary responsibilities will include:\helpersAssessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans.\helpersProviding skilled nursing care, including wound management and medication administration.\helpersCollaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.\helpersDocumenting patient information accurately and efficiently.\helpers

Requirements and Qualifications

\helpersTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:\helpersHold a current New York State Registered Nurse License.\helpersHave at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in community hospice or home health settings.\HelpersNY Driver’s License is also desired but not necessary for this role. There are sometimes situations where you may need to visit other locations (e.g., meeting family members).\helpers
