Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Department at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. As a Staff RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care planning with other disciplines, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the nursing care of patients in an assigned nursing unit or a portion of a nursing unit.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification are required.
- ACLS certification within one year of hire is also required.
- CNOR certification is a benefit, but not required.
- Must have a copy of a diploma or official transcript of the highest level of education.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in a medical/surgical setting is preferred.
