About the Role

The Baldwin Risk Partners is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager, Employee Benefits to join our team. As a key member of our insurance advisory group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing expert guidance on employee benefits and risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Support
    • Manage client relationships, providing proactive and responsive service to ensure their employee benefit needs are met.
    • Prepare and present client presentations, including claim reports and renewal details, to ensure seamless communication and transparency.
  • Insurance Advisory and Risk Management
    • Develop and implement tailored insurance and risk management strategies to meet clients' unique needs and goals.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved benefits.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, insurance partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client plans.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and insurance company partners to drive business growth and retention.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to clients and insurance partners.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and technologies.
