We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Medical Training Specialist to join our team at JEVS Human Services. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in designing and instructing phlebotomy training curricula, teaching classes using established accredited curricula, and providing hands-on training to prepare students for the National Healthcare Association (NHA) exam.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach phlebotomy and clinical medical assistant classes using established accredited curricula
  • Provide hands-on training and prepare students to take the NHA exam
  • Maintain student attendance and grades
  • Communicate student performance needs to the Success Coach
  • Assist with changes to curricula and lesson plans

To be successful in this role, you must have an industry-recognized certification in clinical medical assisting or phlebotomy and at least 2 years of experience as an instructor. You should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications, Zoom, and other learning platforms.
