At R&D Partners, we're looking for a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team in the biopharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs for manufacturing technicians in autologous cell therapy manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presents and delivers content to manufacturing technicians, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborates with management to align manufacturing processes with technical training, guaranteeing consistency and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Supports the creation, review, and improvement of designated training scripts, including On-the-Job and Instructor-Led Trainings (OJTs and ILTs).
  • Assists in identifying training needs and helps establish a feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement.

We're offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
