* Responsible for consolidation, review, and presentation of all finance activities for manufacturing, including development of long and short-range business plans, financial forecast, and financial reporting.
* Partner with Manufacturing and Operations team to develop quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
* Review work order variances with the production team.
* Analyze and reconcile COGS and inventory transactions for accuracy and completeness in support of monthly close reporting and prepare required supporting documentation.
* Enhance the financial acumen of business partners.
* Influences business decisions and oversees processes to ensure proper controls are maintained.
* Identifies and proposes process improvements as appropriate.
* Education, Training, and Experience: BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting. 2+ years cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferably Medical Device industry. Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to influence cross-functional team members. Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Possesses the ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively work through others.
