Job Summary

Hanscom Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our operations and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the credit union's operations are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to management on risk mitigation and control measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to employees on risk management practices and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in risk management, business continuity, and/or incident response within a financial institution.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Professional certification in a risk management discipline preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
