Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with housing regulations and laws.
- Provide legal counsel to CHA departments on policy and legislative matters.
- Represent CHA in hearings and litigation.
- Monitor and review consent decrees and litigation agreements.
- Assist the legal team in preparing reports and documents.
- Juris Doctor degree and Illinois bar admission required.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience.
- Strong policy and legislative background preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
Full-time position with a salary range of $100,000 - $105,000. Exempt FLSA status. No union affiliation.
