As a Medication Care Professional, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Document medication administration and resident care activities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely medication administration
- Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care and medication administration
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid; additional certifications may be required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
