About the Role

A Miracle Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to clients in their own homes, assisting them with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation.
  • Assist clients with elimination and toileting needs, including incontinence care.
  • Prepare and assist with meals, including grocery shopping and meal preparation.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming.
  • Do laundry, including ironing client's personal laundry.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and ensure safe return home.
  • Assist with reality orientation and sensory stimulation.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Meet one of the required training criteria.
  • Pass background checks and database checks.
  • Have a valid driver's license and possession of your own vehicle.
  • Be able to understand written task sheets, execute instructions, and document services delivered.
  • Have a compassionate attitude toward the care of the sick and mature.
  • Be able to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
  • Be able to communicate with clients/families and emergency service systems personnel.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
