Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Program Specialist to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care and support to our program participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medical policies and procedures to ensure optimal health and well-being of program participants.
  • Provide direct support and training to staff and participants in relevant program areas.
  • Assist with personal care needs, including dining, toileting, and transfers.
  • Coordinate medical services with primary care physicians and maintain confidential medical files.
  • Administer and document medication, as assigned.
  • Transport participants, as needed.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and activities.
  • Advise the Director and staff of any medical problems that may hinder a participant's progress.
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current registration to practice in Massachusetts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
