About the Role:
As a Behavioral Therapist or Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing behavioral analytic services to individuals with diverse needs and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with individuals and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
- Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans and skill acquisition programming.
- Design and oversee data systems to measure progress.
- Create individualized treatment plans to help individuals improve.
- Train team members to implement behavioral plans.
- Provide parent training and development specific to clinical programming.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- LABA License required.
- BCBA Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
